These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website, operated by Oahu Electric and Air ("OEA," "we," "us," or "our"), a licensed electrical and HVAC contractor serving the island of Oahu, Hawaii (Contractor License CT-39238). By using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Purpose of This Website
This website is provided to share information about OEA's electrical and HVAC services, allow visitors to request quotes or schedule service, and provide general contact information. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer to perform work. All service pricing, scope, and scheduling are confirmed separately through a written estimate, invoice, or service agreement.

2. Requesting Quotes and Service
When you submit a request through this website (by form, phone, email, or chat), you authorize OEA to contact you at the information provided in order to discuss, schedule, or quote the requested work. Submitting a request does not create a contract for services. A service agreement is formed only once OEA provides a written estimate or invoice that you accept. Text message communications are governed by the SMS terms in Section 3 below.

3. Oahu Electric and Air SMS Messaging Service Terms
Program description: By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Oahu Electric and Air through the Oahu Electric and Air SMS Messaging Service. You will receive appointment reminders and service updates via text message.

Types of messages: Messages about your quote or service request, appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates (such as technician arrival and scheduling changes), account notifications (such as estimates and invoices), and promotional offers.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-out and help: Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. After you reply STOP, you will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent. You may also opt out by calling (808) 825-6257.

Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent: Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. You do not need to agree to receive texts in order to request a quote or receive service. We do not sell or share your mobile information with third parties, including affiliates, for their own marketing purposes.

4. Accuracy of Website Content
We make reasonable efforts to keep pricing, product availability, and service information on this website current and accurate. Because equipment availability, manufacturer pricing, and local code requirements can change, all website content, including tier names, product lines, and estimated pricing, is provided for general informational purposes and is subject to confirmation at the time of quote.
